Penn State operates a resource and counseling service for minorities only.

I'm currently at the University of Oklahoma, amazingly they one up Penn State and actually offer segregated minority counseling services. Seperate but "equal" except there is nothing for white students.

The Polly Awards are really missing out.

Everyone should be descriminated against at some point in their life. It's a character building exercise.
