Was anyone else dismayed by the live television grandstanding and intellectually dishonest ambush of Dr. Rice by Sen. Boxer?

It is quite sad to see that partisan politics are this bad when a president cannot even appoint a person who he really wants to a Cabinet position, and, who is very qualified for that position. Barbara Boxer should shut her mouth because her idea of fighting the War on Terror is dubious at best. I commend Condi for throwing it back to Boxer and telling her not to question her integrity.
