In February, Nick Miccarelli, an ISI Campus Representative at the University of Pennsylvania departed for Iraq. Nick is part of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and has been literally fighting on the front lines in Iraq. He will be returning home from his tour of duty in July.

To show our appreciation for his service to our country, ISI sent Nick an ISI posterboard (at his request) and nearly all 50 plus ISI staff members signed messages on the white side of the board for Nick to wish him well and let him know we are thinking of him and are grateful for his sacrifice. Nick proudly displayed the board all over the Sunni triangle region of Iraq. He is stationed in Ar-Ramadi, one of the most dangerous areas in all of Iraq. He took photos with Iraqi friends and with his troops. He put together a really neat one-minute window media video clip that includes music. I am not able to attach it here, but I am able to attach one of the pictures in the video.

If you'd like to keep up with Nick, he is blogging from Iraq (on his free time of course). There are some really incredible stories on there, very moving. It shows the sacrifice that people like Nick are making for our country and for the cause of ordered liberty.

Here's the blog site: http://arramadidreamin.blogspot.com/
