I recently attended an ISI conference and picked up a couple Student Guides (Liberal Learning, Core Curriculum). Unfortunately, my college education was of the technical, 'German style' variety described in the Core Curriculum guide. My 'core' studies were very light and touched on few of the subjects described in the guides.
I am very interested in studying the classics and other elements of the traditional core, but am unsure how/where to begin. I've seen links to assorted lectures on ISI's site and even complete online courses at Yorktown University. Does anyone have suggestions on other such resources?
