Is Dave Matthews cheering for Satan? That seems to be what Eduardo Velasquez indicates in his new ISI Books title, A Consumer's Guide to the Apocalypse: Why there is no cultural war in America and why we will perish nonetheless.

This is a fascinating new book that I have raced through reading and have had several discussions with some of my colleagues about. But now we can all discuss the book, which is a blend of post-Enlightenment philosophy and pop-culture.
