I have a puzzle for you. How can a university find out if ine does not provide all transcripts when applying? Colleges say they will not release the information to anyone but the student, so how would a college be able to get their hands on it?

Generally, a college expects you to contact the previous institution and arrange for your transcripts to be sent to them. What you need to do is contact the registrar/bursar's office of the college/university that you attended or are attending and fill out the proper transcript request form. Usually, there is a space on them that you fill out with the address of the college that you want it to go to. The college usually will only provide what you specify for them to provide, so it is up to you to fill out the form correctly. If there is still a problem, then contact the registrar/bursar. Hope this helps.
