We have at Hillsdale College a tenure track opening in Teacher Education. We are, in particular, looking for someone with a speciality in Reading (though the person would over time teach other courses as well). I have reproduced the position announcement below.

Education: Hillsdale College seeks applicants for a tenure track position in the Department of Teacher Education beginning in the fall of 2006. The selected candidate will offer phonics and content area reading coursework for elementary and secondary certificate candidates, and will teach additional courses within the program. A graduate degree in reading is required, Ph.D. preferred. Elementary and middle school (JHS) experience are each a plus.
