Our son is an entering high school senior with a very strong aptitude and interest in foreign languages and cultures. Besides a general liberal arts program, he is also considering International Relations\Affairs. Can anyone recommend university programs that are reasonably balanced and politically neutral? Can someone speak specifically to the UChicago and George Washington University programs?
