I'm about halfway through this text, and I am fascinated and encouraged by the contributors' well-researched and considered essays. I am neither biologist nor mathematician, but I understand the underlying processes (and the probabilities required) quite well, and years ago I reached the conclusion on my own that pure random chance was inadequate to produce the diversity and beauty of life as we know it (yes, some darwinist is going to criticize my use of the word "beauty"--and yet many atheist scientists [especially astronomers and cosmologists] don't hesitate to use words like "beauty", "wonder", and "awe" to describe their feelings about their field). It's great to see that the progress in science has actually brought the flaws in darwinism into ever-sharper focus, and saddening to see that the scientific community is engaged in a widespread conspiracy to stifle this truth, lest it shatter their worldview and/or topple their orthodoxy.
I have noticed one problem with my copy of the book, which appears to be a production/printing issue. I am missing the final page of at least two (so far) essays. In each case, the second-to-last page of text is printed on the forward face of the paper, but the reverse side of the paper is blank. The page numbers of the surrounding pages is correct. Does anyone else's copy have this issue? Who should I contact at ISI to have this corrected/replaced/etc? - Erik J Sawyer This message has been edited. Last edited by: EJSawyer, |
