Charles G. Koch Summer Fellow Program

The Koch Summer Fellow Program is an intensive eight-week paid summer internship program that offers free-market policy experience and professional training. This year's program has added the field of nonprofit management to its lineup of Washington, D.C. opportunities, as well as positions at State Policy Network organizations for those who want to work on policy at the state level. IHS Journalism Internships

The 10-week paid IHS Journalism Internship Program is an excellent opportunity for students interested in a career in journalism. Interns spend the summer reporting for a daily paper (instead of making coffee and copies) and leave with a portfolio of clips. The internship program provides a general stipend, housing allowance, mentoring from successful journalists, and travel reimbursement. Program Assistant

IHS seeks a dedicated and well-organized Program Assistant to assist with our Advanced Topics in Liberty program and with programs in our Advanced Academic Programs department. The program assistant is responsible for assisting with (1) logistics and communications for a series of 12 weekend conferences; (2) administration of development programs for students pursuing academic careers, including a large scholarship program, a monthly newsletter, and several weekend conferences; and (3) assisting at a few weeklong summer seminars. Marketing/Program Assistant

The Marketing/Program Assistant assists program staff with a wide range of programmatic and marketing activities, including assisting with summer seminar logistics, maintaining spreadsheets, updating databases, processing and evaluating student applications, providing and updating website content, assisting with direct mail and email campaigns, tracking marketing results, and conducting market research. Program Director in the Advanced Academic Programs Department

IHS is looking for a dedicated and well-organized Program Director for our Advanced Academic Programs Department. The Program Director will organize and run academic conferences and workshops for students and faculty, direct educational seminars, direct two grant-giving programs for graduate students and young scholars, mentor student alumni, and read student applications to IHS's educational and development programs. Director of Educational Programs

The Director of Educational Programs oversees all of IHS's educational programs and curriculum. Annual educational programs include: (1) a series of twelve weeklong summer seminars involving more than 700 participants and a dozen staff members; (2) a series of twelve weekend discussion seminars for 15 participants each; (3) three educational websites; and (4) two or three weekend seminars involving more than 40 participants each. The Director of Educational Programs manages seven staff members.
