Question:
You may have seen this lecture on ISI's Online Lecture Library "America's Disastrous Relationship with France". Do you agree with Miller's position on France as America's oldest enemy? Confused

Choices:
I strongly disagree
I disagree
Maybe so, maybe not

France's problem with America I feel stems from jealousy of our power and prestige, which France lost after Napoleon. France should be kissing us until we are raw as if it wasn't for us, they would either be speaking German (give it time and they will be again) or Russian. America is the world's sole superpower and police force and France just cannot accept that as they want us to submit to the UN and them. There is a book out on our relationship with France and it may be by Miller.
